Hello,

I believe that KeyShot (6.2 Pro) has detected my monitor aspect ratio incorrectly. The main monitor I use has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 (16:9), however, when I go to render a model, the preset values do not show 1920 x 1080, but instead show 1920 x 1242 (320:207).

This is what I believe it should show:

This has caused various problems for me as when it goes fullscreen, the bottom section is chopped off, meaning the animation timeline is unusable unless it is removed form its dock, which then prevents me from viewing the entire scene.

I am running Windows 10 Home on two different monitors. The main monitor is 1920 x 1080 yet the secondary monitor is 1600 x 900.

I would highly appreciate it if anyone can help me solve this issue, thank you.

Hello BenjiManCan. This is the way i correct this. In the image tab (last one), uncheck lock resolution and lock aspect ratio, manually type 1920x1080, then lock aspect ratio again. In the same tab, select from the preset the resolution of 1920x1080. It doesn't matter that the numbers don't match, because when you go to the render output settings, you will be able to choose 1920x1080. Hope i was clear enough.

Hope you enjoy the rest of your day!
