Cloud material library down, not working?

I'm just registering for the first time, and got an "unable to connect to the server" message. Is this typical?

I've been getting this the last couple of days when I try to connect. I thought the problem was on my end, now I'm thinking it's not.

from luxion.com support (8.12.16):

"The server that controls that Cloud is having some issues and that is being resolved. Please check back later today. "
