Textures on two separate UV channels

I have a model that has 2 separate UV channels; diffuse and specular textures mapped onto UV1 and normal texture mapped onto UV2.  As far as I understand, KeyShot does not currently support any more than the 1st UV channel (correct me if I'm wrong), so I was wondering if anyone knew of a workaround to apply textures to both channels. I can create two separate versions of the mesh with UV1 and UV2 swapped if that helps. I've tried using tools to re-bake the normal texture from UV2 onto UV1, but that method doesn't always work correctly, especially in areas where UV2 is expecting symmetry.
