A test on porcelain bottles with gold decoration...

The embossed effect looks great, lighting is a little strong but I like the overall effect and composition ;)

Thanks Martin
You are right for lighting too strong
I've correct it.

I am super interested in how you created the bump map.

Hello Finema,
thanks for the answer although for some reason I cannot find the attached materialgraph. Anyhow what I am most interested in, is how you prepared the bump map file itself, or did you have ready to use files from somewhere else? The thickness and edge transition of your gold plating looks incredible.

I am still practicing to find a way to create those files from my simple Illlustrator respectively Photoshop designs. I have tried http://crazybump.com/ and http://cpetry.github.io/NormalMap-Online/ before as well as some photoshop before. The results were good, but not always satisfying.
