Hi, newbie to Keyshot.
I am getting this noice grid pattern all over the image (I drew the line when it is most noticeable for me) - is it something that can be eliminated in settings?
Thanks for any reply, Mara
EDIT: it is well noticeable without enlarging the picture in the dark background tool exchange section

You will need to increase  the number of samples. You can also do this on the material itself when you edit it.

As Thomas mentioned, looks like samples could help, if it's on a particular part that is troublesome, if you look under material settings, there's usually a slider toggled up under roughness that can control sample rate for that particular material. This will help clear up that area without the need to up the sample rate across the entire image.

Another thing that might help, if you see some strange artifacts in your final render, you could try turning off global illumination cache, sometimes I find that leaves a few odd calculations but this is more prone to happen when I work with glossy/transparent materials.

Hope that helps!
