Keyshot plug-in for Maya 2016 not loading

Hi, I apologize if this has already been answered but Keyshot plug-in for maya 2016 is not loading, here are the errors i get at maya start up:

When i go to Windows>Settings/Preferences>Plug-in Manager and click on "Loaded" for KeyShot.mll i get this error:

i really appreciate it if  someone can teach me to fix this?

Maya has always had strange issues with plug-ins and the problems vary from machine to machine but the fix that normally works for me is to install what ever plug-in I am using into every Maya plug-in directory and related directories.  Below is a list of directories where I put the KeyShot duplicate plug-in files.

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2016\plug-ins
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2016\bin\plug-ins
C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\maya\2016\plug-ins

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2016\scripts\shelves
C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\maya\2016\scripts\shelves
C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\maya\2016\prefs\shelves

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2016\icons
