continuity error: . vs ,

On the options/scene panel, when you select an object you can then change:
Position
Rotation
Scale
Size

Now on the Position, Rotation an Scale one must enter a comma.
On the Size, it must be a dot.

It would be handy if this were made such that it doesn't care which you enter.  Or at least have one use all the same on a single panel
