Show time until complete in single-seat (default) render

Hi,

When using the network renderer, it conveniently tells me how much time I have left to wait for a render to complete. However, when rendering on my local machine, there's no indication of this. There's a time that shows time elapsed, and a percentage, but no estimated time of completion.

It would be great to have this information available so I know how long my coffee break should be.
