Floating licensing error.... unable to release license

New to KeyShot, so sorry in advance for being a newbie.

KeyShot client = 6.3.23
LUXION UP: v11.13.1

W have (1) floating license.

Issue:  Even after restarting services and/or the server.... when the first engineer open KeyShot and grabs the license.... the cannot release the license for anyone else to use. If the try to release the license they get message "cannot return license to license server". If an engineer tries to get in after the first engineer, they log syays the license is already in use by xxxxxxxx.

using LMTOOLS > Server Status and Server diags.... I don't see an issue. Statuses look good to me

I did... to license@luxion.com. No response. That's why I tried the forum. Also, logged support incident and called them and left vm. Will try calling and emailing again today. Thanks for the reply.
