Cloud library

Hello. I am kind of new with the cloud system. Did anyone experienced a window say "allow keyshot cloud handler" ?
I am pressing "allow"and the file does not download. Thanks a lot.

It's a known issue, use drag and drop from the cloud library to your KeyShot scene, you might get an error notice but the material will be found in the material libraries download section.
