live linking request rejected since Key Shot is busy?

Today I keep getting an annoying popup that says Import error while rendering.   I imported a .dae from Sketch Up.   The render keeps working but this is annoying. Any Idea on how to get rid of it?

I have no idea what are trying to do. I suggest you contact support and explain the issue you are seeing.

Please make sure that you have your serial code ready when you contact them.
