AMD ryzen7 1800x rendering problem

MY Ryzen 1800x has problem when render in keyshot. It stop rendering(cpu stop working) when I start render for a while. What should I fix it? Is thai fma3 problem?
(Gigabyte AB350-gaming3 mainboard/window10/keyshot for zbrush6.3)

I assume you're using advanced rendering mode? If so, it may depend on what your settings are. Try using max time or max samples, you can save at any time with this mode and it's a bit easier to control.

I know the Ryzen 1800 CPU's have 3rd level caching issues so it might be related to that.
