Zoom without Alt key

What the title said. Zooming just with the Scroll wheel

I would add the following which common in CAD and image editing software

Zoom to box selection - the current zoom function is cumbersome because you have to go back and forth between zoom and pan to get to a particular place, much easier to use the mouse to select the zoom area and bang you are there.

Zoom extents i.e. fit to window - when you are zoomed way in this brings the model back to full view.

Also a way to toggle through saved views instead of having to pick them from the list would be nice.
