Can not save any Keyshot files out (Keyshot 6 Floating)

I am running Keyshot 6.3.23 Floating on a Windows 7 64-bit machine and I am not able to save any Keyshot bip files. I am able to save a package to the desktop, but then I am not able to reopen that package. I have tried saving files that have no CAD in them, files that have geometry from the Edit>Add Geometry tab, files that have had Solidworks 2015 files imported, and files that have Alias 2014 files imported, but have not been able to save bip files. I have tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling, but still not able to save anything. Any suggestions?

This sounds strange. If can't save a bip file then you can't save a package file either. I suggest you contact support@luxion.com.
