I guess I was used to the original KeyShot "retain materials" and such never working, but I figured I'd give it a try on a project where I needed to bring in the updated models.

I checked the following: Add to scene/Retain materials. Coordinates was set to From previous import. Yet neither the scale or materials came in correctly. You can see the thin orange outline of the original.

Any idea why it didn't work?

Also, while we're at it, it seems the environment lighting has changed from version 1. This was originally done in version 1, and the lighting seems a tad more "hot" than version 1. Any idea what changes would occur from version 1 to version 2? I tried upping the room size and that seemed to help, but it still doesn't look exactly the same as my original version.

Are you on 2.2.52 yet? We found an issue with retain material though which we will address.

The default lighting has changed from HyperShot, but not from KeyShot 1.9.
