Hello!
Having some fun with the cloudy plastic material.
Love how easy it is to get the look of semi-transparent plastics 'right' compared to KS6. Really awesome job on this update!

Nice... did you already upload this earlier in the Beta or am I going crazy ? ;)

Thanks! I guess you are going crazy  :D I downloaded the model from turbosquid yesterday and did the rendering.

;D, no, It's definitely not that I'm thinking of Josh... It's just I have such a strong feeling that Esben posted this weeks ago, or that I saw it on his thread, but I know I'm mistaken... I'm chalking it down to age.

Sorry, where are my manners, cracking render Esben...

Esben Oxholm

Thank you all for the nice words! Much appreciated :)

So, so nice! Is the ground all geometry? With wrinkles and stuff? Certainly got that medical look.

Thanks, Magnus.
Nope it is just a flat KeyShot plane with three different normal maps :)

That's nicely done. Totally fooled me!

I agree- the ground plane texture caught my eye also.  Surgical drapes (18" x 18") are always used in the OR to isolate the procedure site and as a sterile surface for tools and stuff, and I have a lot of them out in the shop.  Here in the US they are usually a soft blue.  What would help it is a rather strong "fabric" weave, as they are usually quite coarse.  Cloudy Plastic is so amazing!
