Just started playing with the magic that is Model Sets, and am quite excited to use these especially for my larger product family images, as I'll be rendering out each product and compositing in PS, but I can set it all up, work on one at a time, then use the model sets to shoot them to the render queue and onto the network renderer.

I am having some issues with the Thumbnails updating. Each model set is a seperate product, and you can see that the ALL group doesn't have a thumbnail, its the set that I used to set up the layout, then I made the individual product model sets from that by turning stuff off when creating the new set. Also see that the first individual product model set WLA FLAT has the proper thumbnail to show it, but then the others below it have the thumbnail that should be for the ALL model set. Not sure how to get them to update. Each model set only includes that particular product. They don't have all the products with everything except for that one turned off.

I have tried renaming, turning items off, saving, then turning on, restarting, saving new project, and nothing I've tried can get the thumbnail to update.

Any Ideas?

Thanks!

Click on the little settings cog in the Model Sets column, select all Model Sets, and click "Render Thumbnails". This will render all thumbnails based on the current camera angle.

Or select the model set you want to update, adjust the camera, and then click "Render Preview" below the tree in the Model Set tab. This will render the thumbnail for only this one model set.
