Keyshot 7 crashes on start

Hi,
I have recently installed Keyshot 7 on Windows 10 and all has been working well for the past week.
However, I went to start it today, the initial flash screen appeared with "Initialising" in the bottom left.
I then get another window stating "Keyshot 7 has stopped working".
I have uninstalled and reinstalled but keep getting the same result.
I've seen some threads (via google search) where on older versions of Keyshot there is a similar problem cause by a corrupt "Keyshot.xml" file. I cannot find this file on my computer.

The KeyShot.xml file is located in your KeyShot resources folder. The resources folder contains all your materials, environments, textures, colors etc.

It turns out it was a .png file in the "Backplates" folder that it didn't like.
I deleted it and all is good.
