rendering . paused then unresponsive interface

when i hit render -  'Paused' immediately appears on the screen along with log window  with lists of errors red and yellow . the render control panel is greyed out and although the cursor can be moved about the screen the all the  buttons are responsive . I have to shut the programme down by pulling the plug on PC. Ive tried this several times with same result . I am new to Keyshot . PC using windows 7 . Any suggestions ? please

can you hit clear or dismiss the error dialog box? I know when i have that happen I have to get rid of the error box first.

Here some other things to try before pulling the plug-

1) CTRL-ALT-DELETE to get to the windows task manager, and force quit the application

2) Right click on the icon in the dock and chose to close window, that should bring up the close program  window and you can quit it from there.

that's all I have, I'm by default a mac guy, so my knowledge of this stuff for windows is a little limited.

Let us know what happens.

I can't read the error message, but I think this is an issue that first occurred with KeyShot 7 running on Win7. This has now been fixed. Please make sure to update to KeyShot 7.1.51.

- all the options for closing are unresponsive . I can still open other windows for other application's etc but anything related to Keyshot  remain unresponsive . thanks for your reply

This is network rendering. You need the update installer for KeyShot. If you are connected to the internet, you can "check for updates" from within KeyShot under the Help menu. That will give you the download prompt for KeyShot 7.1.51. Or download from our website.
