Good Evening - I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a material to mimic Surlyn - I am creating some designs for perfumery bottle caps and I am trying to replicate this material - I have used solid glass, some of the plastic materials (acrylic, polycarbonate, clear, etc...) but it's not exactly giving me what I'm after.

Thank you

Any reference image of what you're after ?

If you take a look at the clarity and characteristics of this perfume cap from Tiffany - that is similar to what I am matching.

I think Plastic (Cloudy) is going to be your friend for this application.
It looks like Surlyn has a slight hint of cloudiness, for which the Plastic (Cloudy)  material type is perfectly suited.

You can start off with "Plastic Polypropylene Shiny 3mm" or "Plastic Stereolithography Shiny 3mm" from the Material Library, and lower the Cloudiness gradually. Provided you are using KeyShot 7.

Here is a sample of a perfume cap that I quickly mocked up.
It is just the cap. :)
