Render Queue

I'm having a real difficult time with the Render Queue and I can't seem to find a resolution. For example, if I set Maximum Time to, say, 3 minutes, each job in my Render Queue takes way longer. No matter what time I enter for Maximum Time, it doesn't seem to have an effect. Also, if I select JPEG as the output format, the renders end up being processed as PNG's.

This doesn't sound right! What exact version of KeyShot are you running?
