can't get keyshot to import at all

I recently upgrade my Alibre software to the new 2001 expert version and with it downloaded Keyshot2.2.65.  I export a model .bip. When I try and open or import the file into Keyshot it says loading data and maybe goes to 20% and locks there, the other problem is it leaves ghost background images in the middle of the screen. I have tried un-installing the software and reloading, restarting the computer. Nothing seems to change the problem. I have a PC with a pentium i5 processor, 4 gigs ram, and 250 gig of free hard drive space, and a ATI radeon graphics card. Alibre doesn't seem to have a clue as to the problem maybe some one hear will.
