attachments won't upload to forum (this is a forum bug, not a keyshot bug.)

If I try to add attachments to my posts, it does not work. Actually, I had luck with images but not with files in either .zip, .ksp, or .3dm formats. Sizes are under 27,000KB, which is clearly below the 50,000KB limit. I've tried it in Chrome and in IE.
