Resolution changes after I hit render... hmm

Searched the forums without a solution.  I'm running keyshot pro and select the highest preset resolution 7680 x 4467 and hit render.  Then it renders at 2686 x 1562.   Also try to adjust the print size manually and goes back automatically to 8.9 x 5.2.    locked aspec and resolution, let keyshot float ect without a high res rendering.  Anyone know whats going on?

This is indeed a bug.  Reinstalled program this morning and it is back to normal.
