XYZ Flipping when Import from 3ds Max Plugin

I used the plugin for 3ds Max 2015 for a couple years now, and just recently (couple months), I have been having issues with my model coming in rotated incorrectly. It appears it is flipping the Y and Z axis when I import in using the plugin. I usually load pre-setup keyshot and 3ds "template" files each time before working on a new scene, so my file settings haven't changed.

Any ideas?

I also cant seem to find any settings for changing the axis on import. Right now I have to manually select the entire scene, rotate the objects and then snap to ground. Bit of a pain.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Checking back in on this in hope someone checks it out. Still going on and been really frustrating to have to manually rotate every time I send to keyshot. Thanks!
