Raymond Loewy's 1934 Streamline Pencil Sharpener

I'm a big fan of Raymond Loewy's work, especially since my great uncle got to work with him many years ago. So when I was asked to teach Solidworks and Keyshot at ASU I chose Loewy's pencil sharpener as the first project. Here is one of my renderings that I'll be making a tutorial on for class.

Rendered object itself looks nice, has some kind of futuristic look :)
But I think that You made a mistake combining very shiny studio lighting with realistic backgrounds. In my opinion, that 2nd render would look great on a simple solid background (or some studio backdrop).

Thank you very much! The last 2 renderings were the ones I taught my students how to do.
