Looking for an Off-white fiber material

I'm looking for an Off-white fiber material, for a rough fiber for a shirt. I found only with a Beige color, as you can see in the attached image, and I don't know if there is a way to change the color, because it is based on a diffuse map.

If you, in the material options, scroll down a bit and open up the 'color' bar, you get the option to define the warp and weft color.
