Keyshot Cloud materials download not applying to object

I have downloaded some materials from the Keyshot Cloud. They appear in the downloads folder like they should BUT when I drag and drop the materials on to my object, nothing happens! These new materials just will not apply themselves to the objects :/

Does anyone have any suggestions ?? is it something I am doing wrong, or is it a Keyshot problem??
