Avoid interference pattern?

Do you have any idea how I can make this part look better?
I'ts a grid of thin plates, and in some cases I've get a interference patterns.
Is it possible to avoid this in any way?  :-\

Rendering with Custom Control and using a higher Anti Aliasing quality might help.
