Pop out windows disappearing

I'm running an HPZ840 CPU E5-2687W v4 Dual 3.0 GHz  64GB RAM
Windows 10 Pro

As I'm using Keyshot 7.3.40 Pro my pop out windows stop coming up when I click on their button. For example, the Color Picker or Material Graph buttons will open up the pop out window several times and then it will just stop working until I restart the program. They are NOT hidden behind the main Keyshot window either.
