I am newbie. How can I improve my work? I need your advice.

hello Diana,
this depends on what you are after.
If you would ask me, I like it. it has enough detail and is a nicely created model.
the only thing I would avoid is that pretty sharp light rim around the body from the backlight.
this is so small, that it already looks like the white rim that appears from cut and past in photoshop, especially in the larger image.
