dolly in ortographic view doesn't work

Hi, I know it has been already reported here but I would like to know if it is going to be repaired in the future or no. In ortographic mode dolly doesn't work. Even when I use path mode and try to change distance it has no effect. It is in all versions. This is really crucial for me beacuse I work with cfd result images that use only ortographic views and when I want to transition animation from keyshot to the image from cfd software it doesnt look nice.
