Keyshot deleted my files after animation rendering

People are getting their files deleted completely after animation rendering finished.
I've waited for 3 hours until it do the job. And set Desktop as output folder. Now I'm not only missing the result, but also lots of other files.

sometimes, after the finishing a new animation on KS, it couldn't save the animation as .avi.  and i dont know why,  i couldnt find any reason.

Thats why i save the frames.

I have the same problem when i usw the network renderer. Sometimes it fails to create the result. Then i use the frames and create the animation with virtualdub
