Xray material parameter

Hi all ,

I have a problem on the Xray material in Keyshot. I'm looking for a defense shield effect and I don't understand how to parameter the Xray fading... I read about a technic gave by a member consisting in using a gray image to control the power of the Xray , but it's not interecacting with the fade...

For what I'm looking for , the fade is too large... Is there a meaning to get a smallest one ?
