Black square bug!!!

Hi,
In KS 8 when I use custom control, sometimes, the render ends with a dark square not processed. Something like a stick bucket which couldn't have processed. What is the solution?

Can you share your scene with beta@luxion.com, so we can take a look?
Alternatively, we can set you up with the beta of KeyShot 8.1 next week to see if it resolves the issue you are seeing.

It isn't repeated in a scene. When I see that a square has not been processed, I re-render the same scene with the same settings and the next time it resolves. I mean it happens occasionally.
