Misalignment of cable in animation

Hi Keyshot guys,
I am using Keyshot7.3  with 3dsmax 2016.
I have a problem that can be a bug.
1st Bug
I animated a cable of an earphones but when it is imported in Keyshot the cable alignment is slightly different from the original in 3dsmax.
2nd Bug
If I render the static image the position of the cable is the same of the keyshot interface, but if I render as animation the position of the cable is also more misaligned than the one in the Keyshot interface.
Any solution to import the animation properly?

yes, I shared by email.
I tried to solve the problem with a point cache modifier to freeze the spline animation in a polygon point animation but nothing .
