white spots / fireflies question

so I have read many posts on this issue and I think each scene is different .. I have been inspired by Christopher Rosewarne recent hospital render so wanted to try and recreate.. as the scene starts to render the small white dots appear. I have increased samples and still issue is with me.. any tips most welcome from the experts!
