Keyshot doesn't render some jobs!

Hi! When I start a job queue, Keyshot doesn't render some jobs.

You see on the picture, that two of the files have only 4kb, but they also should have 35MB like the others. This pictures does have right resolution but they are black!

I don't know, why this error occurs. It also cannot depends on the model, because i rendered each model two times and the second rendering works.

(the last is currently rendering, this is ok with 0 KB).

Any ideas?

edit: Now I saw, that the last file, wich was rendered, also was saved in a 4kb-file. So it HAS BEEN rendered but stored in a wrong way...
