GI Pass comes out black

My render setting are on product mode and the gi box is ticked, yet it still comes out black and i cant figure out why. Ive never had this problem in the past with older version of keyshot, and with the exact same render settings too.

Anyone else had this problem?

Could it be that you have global illumination bounces set to 0?
