Thanks! I use California desert hdri for the hard shadows and lower the gamma to .9 in environment.

Ah - an old Hypershot HDRI. Try the HDRI_locations_urban. Has a nice hard shadow, too.

German dirt road another great hdri for hard shadows . I'm starting to feel old.
