Missing surfaces

When launching from in ProE the model loads into Keyshot but some surfaces are missing. I have tried with various tessellation settings without luck.

Did this get sorted I have posted in solid edge part of this forum but have had no solutions posted, my surfaces do not show when they are part of an assembly. They will show in if imported seperately but then I have the problem of scale and position in the model I have tried to import the asm as a stp file but still no joy attached for inf!
