I would guess that some parts of the player are missing the subdevision surface modifier. Load the model into 3DS Max, Blender, C4D, etc. set a subdivision modifier and apply it. Import it into KS afterwards.

Hi Eugen Fetsch,

Thank you very much for this reply!
Unfortunately I don´t have access to more licenses than Keyshot Pro and Rhino
If that's the case I think I could fix it in Meshmixer.

I thought This could be solved in Keyshot i some way.
Is that not possible?

If you have Rhino, I would just use this model as a base reference and quickly remodel it. This way you will have a clean model to work with.

Urban

Hi germannick,

Thnks för the answer!
Oki then I will test to open it i Rhino...
I though I could do something in Keyshot.
I think it´s very strange. But anyway.
That´s the way it is now....
Hopefully without to much work,
I will be able to fix it i Rhino

All best!

The only way to re-tesselate in KeyShot is to import a model that has its NURBS info intact. Unfortunately, this model has no NURBS info so, it's not possible to do in KeyShot.

Thank you TGS808

, for your explanation!

All best!

Blender is Open Source and free to use. Download it, search on YouTube for Subdevision Modifier, apply it, export the model to FBX and you're done.

I've attached the adjusted model. Will it help?
