UI Color picker positioning

Can we just get the color picker pallet to appear under the mouse? I have three monitors and there is no rhyme or reason as to where it pops up. I have stuff scattered across all three monitors, and it would be super-de-duper to have that thing just pop up even just on the monitor my mouse is on.
