Animation Timeline Scrub Shortcut

Hello everyone,

with animations I often have to jump a few frames back and forth.
Here a shortcut for "frame forward" and "frame back" would be very helpful. It would be great to couple this function with the mouse wheel. For example CTRL + mouse wheel would be great.

You can click near the timeline cursor and it will jump a few frames to this position, if you don't want to use the forward and backward icons.
