Black screen at startup ?

Hi Guys,
Im having a problem with the startup of keyshot.
when it starts it comes up with a black screen.
try to import a model and it seems to work however the screen still stays black.
Try to import a enviroment and same thing....

any ideas?

Hi,

Start KeyShot, go to Edit>Preferences>Folder and make sure those paths match to where your resources are.

Huh,
Just tryed to check that, and it seems to be working again all by itself...

This has happened once before as well so Ill have to check that next time.

Did it again today...
Resource files are all pointing correctly.  any other ideas?  so random
