Positioning of physical lights by clicking on a mesh normal for a highlight

Hi,

I'd love to see an option added to position physical lights by clicking on a mesh normal. The spot where you click will catch the highlight of the physical light by repositioning the light, similar to the same function for light pins in the Keyshot HDRI editor.

The distance between the light and the clicked normal should remain the same, but an added slider / value to change the distance would be very welcome. This way you don't need to fiddle with the crowded move / rotate / scale gizmo anymore. The highlight-clicking method combined with a distance slider will allow a faster and more fluid light positioning workflow.
