Hi,

Have you moved your resource folders around? Are you able to open the default BIP files (that came with KeyShot3)?

Blunk

I have similar problems.

Keyshot opens but I can get it to render anything. I cant import or load any bip. Well actually it loads but does not show anythng

Arnaud

I have the same problem. The screen remains white after loading a BIP model. Solved by clicking on "Screenshot". A blank picture is saved, then the model appears ...

What is you windows version ? XP / Vista / 7 ? 32 or 64 bit ?

ROSS

I have the same issue. I wanted to try new version about 10 days ago, and still nothing... 5 days remaining :-( It seems that problem is the same under Windows XP 32-bit and Windows 7 64-bit. Start up file is loaded well, I am able to change environment and everything, but if I want to import some geometry (or open default scenes with geometry), render window freezes. Log says something about fatal error in luxgeometry.so.

My specs are:
AMD 64 X2 3800+
nvidia GeForce GTS 450
2 GB RAM

Hope this will help a little ;-)

ROSS

With new update everything seems to be fine, thanks!
