Hello,

Does anybody know on how to decrease the shadow in an object. I want it to be a little bit brighter. i don't want to insert a physical light, because that doesn't make the object realistic. I have tried to change the raybounces and global ilumination a bit, but that didn't work.

Kind Regards,

Paul

I would use an advanced material on the inside. This material type has an ambient channel to look more bright.
This should work without tested it yet, but it is worth a try.

On the other hand you can change the inside material to flat and add a diffuse as a label on top. With some tweaks in the opacity of the label material, you can reduce the shadow.

Thanks! I did split the bottom surface first. This works very well!
