Ver 3 crashes when environments load

Don't forget that KeyShot has an awesome "User Guide" or manual.  Just click on Help to get there.  Lot's of great videos as well, and together it will answer 99% of your questions.  I just wish it was a PDF instead of online.

Are you using a full version of the software? It should not be greyed out. Try closing and then re-initializing keyshot (just close the program and restart it). See if that does the trick.

You are running the KeyShot CAD edition. You will need to upgrade to the CAD HD edition in order to get access to the offline render functions.
