KS AR Ambient Occlusion Glass Issue

Anyone else messing with setting of AR like USDZ and GLB? Been having to use blender more than keyshot if I want anything beyond a basic output but would rather stick to keyshot.

Working to dial AR in for multiple customers but keep hitting limitations but not sure if I just need help fixing the issue. I am exporting a large model and included the ambient occlusion to capture good shadows and quality but when I set ambient occlusion it blacks everyone under glass out. I have tried changing the materials, switching to single surfaces, etc but still keep getting a blacked out space below. Anyone know how to fix this?
I have attached screenshots of the scene, the AR output and the keyshot file itself. Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys.
